Australian Wines Flow With Force Into Hong Kong

The first six months of 2023 has seen Australian wine exports into Hong Kong increase by 34.9%, reaching HK$799.19 million in value and over 20% market share in Hong Kong’s imported wine market, in comparison to the same time last year.

This market growth is significant as it represents the improving trade relationship between many parts of Asia and Australia, one which has been marred with challenges over the past few years, further fuelling speculation about a potential removal of wine tariffs from China.
