The ABF has released a new notice regarding tariff concessional items 16 and 41 which both pertain to a ‘Free’ rate of duty with regards to different categories of goods. Simply click here to view these new by-laws.

In addition, the ABF has released Customs Tariff Changes, effective as of 1 January 2024. These apply to the preferential rates of customs duty for certain Indian, regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) and United Kingdom (UK) originating goods.
