12 Sep VICT Signs New Enterprise Agreement
Victoria International Container Terminal (VICT), the Australian subsidiary of International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), has finalised a new enterprise agreement with local unions.
The agreement covers all operations until March 2029 and was achieved with no disruption to operations. It provides improved benefits and conditions for employees, allows greater operational flexibility to meet customer and industry requirements, and establishes a stable industrial relations framework to support growth and innovation.
The agreement is expected to ensure the long-term stability across VICT’s operations whilst dually maintaining reliable services for customers and supporting workforce engagement.
