27 May Patrick Terminals and MUA Announce Historic Enterprise Agreement
Patrick Terminals and the Maritime Union of Australia (MUA) have announced a historic roll-over agreement which will see the extension of Patrick’s Enterprise Agreement to 31 December 2028.
This agreement will see Patrick members achieve a cumulative 35% increase in salaries across a seven-year period. It also encompasses elements such as wage increases, superannuation as well as parameters around redundancies, sub-contracting, rosters, shifts, maintenance issues and more. This agreement will help ensure stability for employees and certainty for customers through resilient and reliable services.
The Enterprise Agreement will now be submitted to the Fair Work Commission for approval.
