FMCSA Unveils 18 Proposed Rule Changes

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is proposing 18 rule changes aimed at simplifying regulatory compliance for truck drivers and motor carriers, which will be subject to a 60-day comment period.

These rules include, but are not limited to: self-reporting requirements, vehicle examination reports, railroad crossing requirements, accident reporting, fuel tank overfull restrictions and more.
